Solo founder questions
Do I need to keep my computer on?
No. The agents run on managed machines that Alfe hosts and keeps running, so your briefing, inbox triage and weekly reviews happen whether your laptop is open or not.
Will the agents send emails or post without asking?
Not by default. Comms & Inbox and Content & Social draft for your approval, and Finance reads and drafts but never moves money. You decide what each agent is allowed to do.
Which tools does the team work with?
Gmail or Outlook through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Google Sheets or Notion for the pipeline, Bluesky for publishing approved posts (with ready-to-paste drafts for LinkedIn and other channels), Stripe and Xero or MYOB for money, Notion or Google Drive for knowledge, and Slack or WhatsApp for talking to the team.
What does it cost?
